Depth & Integration Coaching
Welcome to the possibility of experiencing your life with greater clarity, connection, aliveness, and ease.
The work I offer creates space to explore your inner world with honesty and depth, and to gently transform the patterns of thought, emotion, and self-judgment that shape your experience.
At its core, this work focuses on the relationship you have with yourself — and how shifting that relationship changes how you experience your life.
A place to slow down, understand yourself more clearly, and move through life with more clarity, connection, and ease.
People often describe the work simply as finding their way back home to themselves.
“I’ve gone from feeling lost and defeated to slowly and consistently finding myself again — more grounded, more connected, and more at home in my life.”
About Jennifer Ott
Jennifer Ott is a coach, counselor, and somatically trained practitioner whose work integrates psychological insight, embodied awareness, and deep relational attunement.
For more than twenty years she has maintained a practice of yoga and meditation — disciplines that shape both how she lives and how she works with others. These practices ground her in a deep respect for the relationship between body, mind, and awareness, and the ways attention and compassion can transform how we experience ourselves and our lives.
Her work is oriented toward people who feel a desire for greater aliveness, clarity, and congruency — those who are curious about themselves and interested in living with greater depth, meaning, and vitality.
Some come during moments of transition or inner questioning. Others arrive with a quieter sense that something is not fully aligned, and a desire to feel more present, more connected, and more fully themselves.
Jennifer is known for creating a space that is both grounded and open. Her style is direct yet compassionate, supporting people in looking honestly at their lives while remaining connected to self-respect and kindness.
She also works with individuals integrating meaningful life experiences, helping them make sense of profound insights and integrate them into a grounded and meaningful way of living.
Jennifer especially enjoys working with people who are willing to engage in open-hearted inquiry — and who want to live with greater clarity, freedom, and vitality.
She is also a mother and a grandmother, experiences that continually deepen her appreciation for the complexity, resilience, and beauty of human life.

How I work
Sessions are conversational, reflective, and collaborative — a place to slow down and explore what is happening in your life with curiosity and honesty.
There is no expectation that you arrive with anything figured out.
Rather than offering quick solutions or rigid frameworks, this work invites a deeper look at the patterns, assumptions, and inner dynamics shaping your experience.
Together, we begin to untangle what feels confusing, reconnect with what feels true, and bring greater clarity, coherence, and meaningful forward movement in your life.
Attention is given not only to what you think, but also to what you feel and sense — including the body and nervous system, and how your experience lives there.
This work also supports integration — helping you reflect on meaningful or transformative experiences and translate them into grounded, sustainable change.
Sessions are spacious and human. There is room for reflection, insight, humor, quiet, and emotion — whatever is present.
Over time, many people find this work supports:
• a greater sense of aliveness and presence
• increased self-compassion
• clearer understanding of patterns
• greater emotional steadiness
• deeper self-trust
• a stronger connection between mind and body
• a more coherent and meaningful relationship with their life
The aim of this work is not to fix you, but to help you understand yourself more fully — and to support a life that feels more aligned, vibrant, and your own.
This work is as much about deepening into life as it is about working through difficulty.
